Bayern Munich star Georgia Stanway has been named the newest ambassador for sports and education charity Laureus, following in the footsteps of athletes including Gerard Piqué and Kosovare Asllani.
The British footballer commented 'I've always believed in the power of sport to change lives, especially for girls and boys who might not see a clear path forward in sport as they get older. Laureus shares that belief, and I'm proud to stand alongside them as part of a movement that includes athletes from across sport, and from different generations'.
